WE ARE RECRUITING FOR CARE NAVIGATORS TO JOIN OUR RECEPTION TEAM
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work within our expanding and busy reception team. The role involves daily face to face contact with patients and inbound call centre contact. Our Care Navigators are at the forefront of delivering outstanding patient care by ensuring patients are directed to the most appropriate service or healthcare professional. This would include arranging appointments and follow up of patient related tasks.
This is a challenging but rewarding role, suitable for a team player who works well under pressure. Post holders must be willing to learn and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing and dynamic environment.
The role would suit anyone with previous customer service or call centre experience who is interested in a move to a primary care setting as full training will be provided.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and computer literacy is essential.

Salary will be dependent upon experience. Full time or part time hours will be considered but candidates must be flexible with their working hours. This is a permanent position.

WE ARE RECRUITING FOR AN OPERATIONS MANAGER
37.5 hours per week Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 pro rata, dependant on experience
We are looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to join our friendly and supportive team. Ideally you will have proven customer service and people management experience. Previous primary care experience is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and able to work in a fast paced changing environment. Willingness to learn and develop is essential as well as being self-motivated. A supportive and encouraging leadership style with the focus to assist your team to achieve practice targets.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Practice, overseeing the service delivery. Liaising and supporting the management team and their staff to ensure an efficient and proactive approach to our services. You will have your own areas of responsibility which will include day to day HR including payroll; Health & Safety; Patient complaints and learning outcomes; You will also support the Practice Manger with financial, contractual and compliance aspects of the Practice.

An opportunity has arisen for Practice Nurse to join our experienced, dedicated and friendly nursing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a primary care setting. You should be keen to keep yourself updated in the new challenges facing primary care and be prepared to undertake further training as required for the position.
The ideal candidate will have general practice experience and skills in the following areas (or be working or willing to work towards):
Phlebotomy / Travel vaccines / Wound Care / Compression Bandaging / Administration of Child & Adult intramuscular injections under PGD / Chronic Disease Management / Diabetes Care (plus skills in asthma/COPD or willing to gain these skills)
Cervical Cytology (Smears) / Ear Irrigation / ECGs / Pill Checks / Sexual Health Skills
